Paypal

PayPal is a free service that allows you to pay for your products by credit card without having to register for their services. The following cards are accepted: CB - Classic credit card (Carte Bleue), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cofinoga, Aurore, 4 étoiles, Ecarte bleue (single-use virtual card).

You have a PayPal account: If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for products ordered from our online store.

Your payment is made directly on PayPal's secure servers via an encrypted and secure connection. Your banking information (credit card number, account number) is never shared by PayPal with our company.

You do not have a PayPal account: you can still pay for your items: PayPal offers the option of paying by credit card without having to create an account. Click on the button at the end of the order process and you will be redirected to the secure PayPal website. Use the “Don't have a PayPal account?” tab to make your payment by entering your card details.

Stripe

To guarantee you a simple, secure, and fast shopping experience, we have chosen Stripe, a globally recognized online payment solution. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other compatible cards via Stripe. Payment is made directly online at the time of ordering.

Bank transfer

We accept payment by bank transfer for all your orders. Once the order has been confirmed, our bank details (RIB/IBAN) will be sent to you. Your order will be prepared as soon as the transfer is received. Important: Please remember to include the order number in the transfer description for faster processing.

Administrative mandate (reserved for local authorities and Prolutech distributors under contract)

We also offer administrative mandates for public bodies, local authorities, schools, and government agencies, as well as for our reseller partners.

To use this payment method:

Select “Administrative mandate” when placing your order.

Send us your signed and stamped purchase order by email.

The order will be prepared immediately and invoicing will be deferred in accordance with the usual public sector deadlines.

This solution guarantees fast processing in accordance with administrative procedures.
