This explosion-proof lighting belongs to class T4 and has been approved and certified by the competent authoritied : TestSafe Australia for IECEx certification and intertek UK for ATEX certification. These certificates guarantee that EXIN light floodlights are suitable for environments involving the presence of flammable gases and combustible dust, provided that the certified class of this model meets your requirements. 

The body 

The body of the EX90L is manufactured using an ABS747 type resin used in the automotive industry, making the headlamp particularly resistant for use in mining, on oil platforms and in areas likely to involve the release of flammable gases or any other potentially explosive atmosphere. Shock-proof rubber at the base and cover offers additional protection and the integrated height-adjustable extension arms make this headlamp suitable for all tasks.

The battery 

The battery used in EXIN light explosion-proof lighting is a custom-designed encapsulated Ni-MH battery. It requires no water supply or maintenance and recharges only according to the instruction provided.
